- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp reishi mushroom powder (or mushroom mix)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 scoops collagen protein powder
- 1 dropper CBD Tincture (10-15 mg of CBD)
- 1 rhodiola capsule (500mg)
- 1 banana
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup plant based milk of choice
- 6-8 ice cubes
