Plant Society Shipping
and Returns Policy
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order
number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are
unable to redirect goods once they are on route.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note, we do not
ship on weekends. All orders received after 12pm PST on Friday will be shipped the following
Monday. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with
your tracking information.
USPS Priority Mail shipping is offered currently, and takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Shipments may take longer during holidays. No international shipping is available at this time.

Return and Refund Policy
If you’re unhappy with your purchase or experience, please let us know. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the problem. We will be happy to refund your purchase price, or get you another product. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
